Rental Information The weekly rate is any 7 nights in a row. No Saturday check-ins. Self check in after 3:00 p.m. and self check out at 10:00 a.m. Late check out available at one half the daily rate.   Rates do not include 12.5% lodging tax.

Payment Information  A $300.00 deposit is due when you place the reservation. The deposit will be applied towards your total rental amount.  The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We will automatically charge the balance to the credit card on file unless you instruct us otherwise. A security deposit hold of $250.00 is placed on your card at check in and release upon check out if the renal unit is in the same condition as at check in.

Confirmations  You will receive a confirmation email when you make your reservations.  Please verify the arrival/departure dates, correct accommodation and balance due.

Cancellation Policy  if you must cancel, do so prior to 60 days so the property can be re-rented. If the property is re-rented you will receive your reservation deposit less $100 cancellation-administrative fee, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. If an emergency occurs less than 60 days prior to your arrival and you must cancel, please call  your travel insurance company at 1+866-979-6753 to arrange for your refund.  We strongly encourage you to purchase trip insurance.

Severe Weather Policy  If snow/ice or other extreme weather conditions occur and evacuation or relocation is necessary, a refund may be given for the days you were unable to stay. It is on a case by case basis and we strongly encourage you to purchase the low cost trip insurance.  We also recommend your pack snow chains when traveling in the winter months.

Pet Policy  A mature, housebroken Pet is allowed with a $50.00 pet fee.  They must be on a flea and tick program.

Damages  All accidental damages must be reported to us immediately at 1-866-424-4565 or you will be held responsible.
